When building their new facility, Swamp Head Brewery in Gainesville, Florida selected Goodwin’s River-Recovered® heart pine, heart cypress and other sustainable sourced woods. They also chose some building reclaimed heart pine for the window sills and for part of the focal feature behind the bar. The application of heart pine and heart cypress resulted in a stunning space while nodding to the local craft beer company’s brand: “Inherently Floridian.”
