Sales Terms & Conditions
Wood is a natural product with a range of colors and grain patterns. Full payment is required upon notice that your order is ready to ship. If full payment is not received within 30 days of notice, storage fees will apply. Any cancellation of an order will be subject to a fee of 20% of the full amount of the order, Goodwin reserves the right to charge this sum against the down payment before the return of any sums paid. Credit Card payments will incur a surcharge of 3% for Master Card or Visa and 4% for American Express.
