River-Recovered® Heart Pine and Heart Cypress Add Contemporary Grace and Elegance to High End Home

Our good friend Mark Jefferson of Jefferson Woodworking sent us a sneak peek of a high end residential project he is in the process of completing for a client.

Mark used Goodwin’s River-Recovered Heart Pine Vertical Clear to face the stair treads and the central stringer (spine) in this very contemporary floating staircase:

River-Recovered Heart Cypress Vertical Clear and Pecky Cypress make up the feature wall and gorgeous ceiling.

The side angle close-up shows how the pecky alone is raised, thus giving a depth and three-dimensional aspect to the surface:
